There is little one can say about such an elegant, classy and sexy design. Just take a look at these pictures.
As usual a flat chested member of our community will wear this gala dress without looking like having silly cone implants.
It consists of several clothing layers and various skirt prims. The fun part is that you have a "skirt" that drags behind you AND one that is swept to the side. I personally love the lush, very large scarf. It really make the dress look luxurious and classy. You could wear this without second thought to the most elegant and classy Gala Diner in SL. But be prepared to have people look at you. And be prepared to be the envy of the event.
